The
Tesfa Foundation believes that as many people should benefit from
the development of our early education centres as possible. We
want to break the mould of giving as a one-way process. Our learning
partner programme not only benefits Ethiopian children but also
school children in the UK.
How do we do this?
Each of our early education centres in Ethiopia is twinned with a UK school. British school children participate in the development of new education centres, watching them being built from bare earth, seeing the intake of new children and getting to know the children and their backgrounds from photos, video links and pen pal letters.
